One warehouse, 30 countries
You deliver stock to one place, our warehouse in Poland, and we ship it to customers across Europe. For each product you can see how many units are left with us and how many you hold, so you know when to send the next batch.
Sales in every country
You see how many units sold each day, in which country and through which channel. The last two weeks update continuously, older data stays fixed.
Values at your price
We calculate sales value at your net price, the price you enter in the product sheet. So you see straight away the amount you are owed.
Returns, complaints, subscriptions
You see how many units came back, what complaints are about and how many products regular customers buy on subscription.
We hand-pick
the products we sell.
We are most interested in local products from a specific region and a specific producer. We stand behind everything we sell, so every application is read by someone in our purchasing team. If we say no, we will tell you why.

You apply
You fill in a short form about your company and products. It takes about fifteen minutes and no account is needed.

We review your products
Our purchasing team reads your application and replies by email within a few working days. If we accept your products, you create an account in the panel.

You send your product list
You fill in our Google Sheets template, one row per product with EAN, name, net price and stock. Then you paste the link to the sheet in the panel.

You sell in 30 countries
After approval we list your products in our shops, usually within a few days. You deliver the goods to our warehouse in Poland and follow sales in the panel.

You see every order that includes your products, a breakdown by country and channel, and returns. Cancelled orders are not counted.
A separate shop
in every country.
In each of the 30 countries there is a separate Bioshi shop, such as bioshi.de, bioshi.cz or bioshi.ro, with local currency and delivery. Some orders also come through Allegro, Amazon and eMAG. One application is enough for your product to reach shops across Europe.

A ready statement
every week.
Weekly settlement
We settle weeks running Monday to Sunday. The statement appears automatically in the Invoices tab and does not change once the week is closed.
Certificates and deadlines
You keep your organic certificates in the panel. We remind you before they expire so that sales do not stop.
Trusted Supplier status
Your status rises automatically as your track record grows. We let you know by email when you move up, and your current level is shown in the panel.
Frequently asked questions
Can any producer join?
No. We assess each application individually, looking at the product's origin, certificate, EAN codes, availability, price and whether we already stock something similar. If we say no, we give the reason. You are welcome to apply again when something changes.
Who sets the retail price?
Bioshi sets the shop price. You enter in the sheet the net price at which you sell the product to us, and that is the price we settle at.
Can other producers see my numbers?
No. Only you and Bioshi can see your data.
How fast do products reach the shop?
Anywhere from a few hours to a few days after you send the sheet, as we check every product by hand. If a row is missing a valid EAN code, we point it out in the panel.
Who handles returns and complaints?
Bioshi. We handle returns and complaints ourselves without involving you. You can see how many there are for each product in the panel.
What about goods that do not sell?
We only settle units that have sold. The panel shows how much stock is left in our warehouse, so you send only as much as sells.
Am I bound by exclusivity?
No. You can keep selling your products yourself and through others. Our arrangement covers only the goods you send to our warehouse.
I produce raw ingredients, not finished products. What then?
We buy raw materials separately: we publish purchase requests and suppliers send offers. Page for raw material suppliers
